The Krieger Industries FNVS Battery Mohawk is a purpose-built helmet accessory designed to support the in service fused night vision system (FNVS) setups by relocating external battery packs to the rear of the helmet. This configuration improves balance during extended NOD use while maintaining a streamlined, low-profile helmet setup.

The mohawk features a structured spine-mounted layout that securely retains battery packs while allowing controlled cable routing forward to the device. Internal retention elements help keep batteries stable during movement, while the external profile remains slim to reduce snag risk in confined or vegetation-heavy environments.

Designed to integrate with the in service modern helmet systems, the FNVS Battery Mohawk provides a practical solution for power management, counterweighting, and organisation during training and operational night activities.
