No give. The tactical belt that holds its shape when it's loaded.

Most tactical belts get their rigidity from a single polymer insert or a stiffened webbing layer. The Highlander 2.0 uses two engineered composites, each doing a different job. CURV lines the outer belt — it is what stops the belt deforming when a loaded rig pulls on it. Tegris lines the inner belt, keeping the foundation rigid so the outer has something solid to lock against.

The outer belt combines sewn webbing and laser-cut PALS slots for MOLLE-compatible attachments.

Choosing your buckle

Both run AustriAlpin COBRA hardware. Which you choose is personal preference.

• Original COBRA — choose this if you don't need an attachment point on the buckle. The most common preference in policing.
• COBRA D-Ring — choose this if you need a tether point on the belt line, rotary-wing work being the usual reason.

• XS — 28-31″ waist, 17 MOLLE rows
• Small — 32-35″ waist, 19 MOLLE rows
• Medium — 36-39″ waist, 21 MOLLE rows
• Large — 40-43″ waist, 23 MOLLE rows
• X Large — 44-47″ waist, 25 MOLLE rows
• XXL — 48-51″ waist, 27 MOLLE rows
